FAQ's

Which cases do you have the most experience in?

I have been doing criminal law my entire career working with misdemeanors, juvenile and felonies. 41 years in total. I have been doing family law for 8 years as an LA County Superior Court Commissioner and 9 years on my own for total of 17 years.

What are your payment options for your clients?

I am happy to discuss charges and payments with each client and plot an individual plan that works for you. It mainly depends on time, effort, whether it is a trial or settlement and how much attention you need.

How will I be kept informed of my case?

I will keep you informed through email and phone calls. When necessary, you are welcome to call anytime and inquire.

What information do you need from me for us to get started?

This will depend on the type of case and will be discussed with my clients.

Typically, how long does it take before a settlement or trial is reached?

The quickest a family law matter can be concluded is 6 months and that is very rare. Typically, it is closer to a year at the earliest. There are many variables in criminal law so the time-table is difficult to determine.
